🔄 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window, starting from the date of delivery, for items confirmed to be defective or damaged.

Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided
  • Photo or video evidence of the issue is required for review

🔁 Resolution Steps:

  1. First response: We will attempt to resolve the issue by sending replacement parts
  2. If unresolved: A full exchange or refund will be offered
  3. Shipping: For valid claims, all shipping costs (return & replacement) are covered by Novoxpod
  4. Note: Returns due to buyer’s remorse are not eligible for refund

📝 If the issue cannot be fixed and the customer prefers a return, we will cover return shipping and handle the process. Please contact us at service@novoxpod.com.


🚫 Non-Defective Returns

For returns not related to defects or damage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but the following conditions apply.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

    • A prepaid return shipping document (if applicable)

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • You receive the wrong item
  • The item arrives damaged
  • You identify a defect
