Return & Exchange Policy – 30 Days

At Novoxpod, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange only in cases where the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

  • Clear images must be provided to confirm the item is damaged or defective.

Resolution Process:

  • If a damaged or defective component is identified, Novoxpod reserves the right to provide a replacement part instead of a full return or refund.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved after one attempt at part replacement or repair, we will proceed with a full exchange or refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • For confirmed defective or damaged products, Novoxpod will cover all return and replacement shipping costs, provided a resolution attempt has been made.

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse are not eligible for a refund

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges due to incorrect or damaged parts must be requested within the 30-day return window.

  • Issues reported after the 30-day window will be addressed under our warranty policy. Please refer to the warranty section for further details.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@novoxpod.com.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@novoxpod.com if:

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is defective

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and ensure it’s resolved to your satisfaction.
